ALL CUSTOM INLAY ORDERS MUST BE IN, PAID FOR AND CONSENT RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 25th WITH NO EXPRESS CHARGE.  
ANYTHING AFTER THE 25th WILL NEED TO HAVE THE CUSTOM EXPRESS FEE CHARGED AND EXPRESS SHIPPING.

To Receive Your Game Room Items Before Christmas...
All orders for Game Room Products must be in by the dates listed below.  
Pub Tables, Bar Stools and all Tiffany Lamps must be in by December 7th.  These items take 2 weeks to produce. For anything after December 7th, Express Shipping may be needed depending on the destination.  Please be sure to consult our Customer Service to be sure orders after December 7th, will be done in time to make your dates.


What is your return policy?
If your product was damaged during shipping contact us immediately for replacement.

Prior to returning any items please contact us, support@pokerroomsupplies.com or (866) 567-9182 (9am to 5pm Central Time) to receive an authorization number.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

We can not accept the following returned items:

*customized chips

*products that have been used

*opened DVD's or playing cards

All freight items must be inspected prior to receiving it.  If damage is not noted on Bill of Lading we can not be held responsible.


What is your shipping method and shipping costs?

We ship via UPS, USPS, and freight.  The amount you are charged for UPS delivery is based on what UPS charges us.  If your order has a cart weight of less than .9 pounds then you may ship via USPS for a charge of $5.75.

Most products ship within three to five business days via UPS or USPS to the continental US. Some products, such as tables, ship via freight. Tracking number information will be sent to you when your product ships.  Products do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for shipping options and costs. For shipping costs within the continental US, place your items in the cart and proceed to checkout. Just prior to entering in your payment information you will be given a shipping total. The quickest way to get a shipping cost estimate is to enter your zip code and click on "update" at the bottom ot the page. Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery location.

During Checkout I see a message that says you may be charging extra for shipping, are you?


The short answer is no. You will see the message "Shipping fees do not necessarily represent UPS published rates and may include charges levied by the Merchant." We actually use a UPS calculator to determine our shipping costs, but the costs don't always exactly match the ultimate fee we are charged for shipping. Some orders we pay slightly more to ship and some slightly less. The difference is usually very small. We do not add any extra charges to shipping costs such as handling.


Do you provide rush deliveries?

If you would like rush delivery please contact us at support@pokerroomsupplies.com or 866-567-9182.  Products do not ship on weekends or holidays.
 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

We also accept certified checks and money orders. Orders with these payment methods will be sent upon the funds clearing our bank. To place an order using check or money order you may either call us and then send in your payment or place your order as normal on our site however when you reach the submit payment screen, print out your order which includes the shipping fees and mail that printout with your payment to:

What do you do with my personal information?

We do not sell your personal information or provide it to any third parties other than for order fulfillment. We also do not send out spam. If you would like to receive emails from us regarding specials or newsletters you may sign up on our home page. 

What if my product is not in stock?

Our checkout system will not allow you to purchase an out of stock item. We update our inventory once a week. It is rare, but possible, for an order to come through if we ran out of stock since our last update. If your product is not in stock we will contact you. You will be given three options: 1) refund, 2) store credit, 3) wait for the product to become available (go on backorder). If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock and you would like to be notified when we receive more just send us an email at support@pokerroomsupplies.com.

What is PayPal?

Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay for your order.  You do not need to provide your credit card information to us and this speeds up your check out process.  They provide 100% protection from unauthorized payment and 24/7 protection against fraud.  To view PayPal's website please visit www.paypal.com.

*** As a Wisconsin based company we add a 5.1% sales tax on all purchases with a shipping address in WI (the tax calculation excludes the shipping amount)*** All orders shipped outside of WI will not have this tax.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal over $100.00 except items shipped via freight.
